Worst company to work for, they are crooked.

It's not the first time that I see employee's of Toiture Raymond not being tied up on a roof. Once again I was outside working and saw Toitures Raymond doing repairs on a roof and both employee's weren't tied up. An accident can happen really quick and that's why it's important to hire a good company that take security seriously.

I called for an estimate and received a call back just now. He asks me how many estimates I'm getting, and I told him 6. He started yelling at me and telling me he doesn't want to give me a quote and that he's not interested in my business. I asked why this was his response, and he says I'm only interested in the price. When I started to tell him that I'm actually looking for quality, and that I'm looking for enough estimates to be well informed, he kept cutting me off, speaking loudly, and basically telling me he doesn't want my business. Great customer service! 0 stars if I could. You just lost a $15'000 job after someone had highly recommended you to me. I hope your bad attitude was worth it. EDIT: I slept on it and I'm still very upset by the call I received. It was uncalled for. He went on the offensive from the start, and there was really no reason for it. My request was straight to the point. It's a detached house and I'd like to know how soon I can get a quote. He was looking for a reason from the start not to do business with me. I'm starting to think it had to do with my name. It's the kind of thing that's hard to prove, but it's unmistakable and it would explain why it was so upsetting. It may have been veiled, but the message was loud and clear. Stay clear of this company.
