I was impressed with the details of service from the beginning to end. For example, when I called a different roofer (who had given an estimate) with questions I was told he doesn't remember our roof and would have to come back for another look if I really insisted. By comparison when I called Charles Mercure of Perron he checked photos to jog his memory and provided courteous and knowledgeable answers. The crew was extremely efficient, polite, and clean and if you could describe a big renovation project as pleasant - this was it. I also have faith that the company will be around long enough to back their guarantee - something which didn't happen to some friends.
