I first hired Harbor roofing for my home remodel. Jim installed a new roof and gutter system....perfect job done on time. I then had Jim install a new roof on my commercial building in Pacific Beach. A few years later, I hired Jim again to install a new roof on my commercial building in Old Town. Jim is a honest man that never asks for "up front" money and performs when needed. I recently had an opportunity to use Harbor Roofing for a small repair job to get through the rainy season prior to installation of a new roof. to my surprise Mr. Hicks was thorough pleasant and professional. (My experience with contractors has put an edge on my perceptions ) The work was correct, the price was reasonable and that's what will make me a return customer. Mr. Hicks said what he would do and he did what he said. There was no wasted words or broken promises. Just plain good work.
