Overall good experience. They've done the work that we paid them for. The membrane that was installed is done well and I have no complaints on that. However, I do want to warn you of a few ways that this company will upsell you. I have friends who had service with them and experienced the same thing. - The roof was a "priority" and we did the submission in the winter for the first sunny day in fall. We had to call several times so that they finally come do the roof. - The day that the work is set to occur, a person from their team (a supervisor) shows up and tells you that there's an additional problem and will charge you 800$ (they didn't even bother changing the price they asked my friends, that's the worst part). - The "extra" work is then not completed properly. We originally had double layers of plywood to hold the gutters, but they only put a single layer. We then had to cut the suffites in order for them to fit. - Finally, several days later when I climbed in my attic. I noticed that they had thrown parts of the old roof inside the house. I had fresh insulation, and now it's filled with pieces of wood and rocks.

Made an appointment for an estimate and they did not ever show up! No one called to cancel the appointment either. Not happy with this company!

Mes grands-parents ont fait affaire avec cette compagnie et ils ont eu un service et un travail impeccable. Ils ont terminés les travaux tel que promis et tout ramasser sur le balcon avant de partir. Des gens de parole avec du professionnalisme.

Insatisfaite de la soumission. On a calculé 200 pi carré en trop!!!! Ça paraît énorme sur la facture!!!

Qualité et courtoisie rhyme avec les services et les individus que j'ai rencontré de chez Couvreur Lapointe, merci!
