Very knowledgeable and attentive. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get their roof done. You get what you pay. Reasonable pricing. I’ve been given quotes by other companies but ultimately chose to work with Vanity Roofing because of their professionalism. They were responsive and delivered on their promise.

The entire experience from start to finish was very professional, courteous and timely. We were bumped up 1 month from our original installation date that was tentatively booked. I think our roof was on the more complicated side of things with more than a few level changes. 4 days start to finish. No mess left behind. Can't think of a single criticism. Very happy with the results.

Process was great, the estimator Tony was very informative and knowledgeable. Price was fair and included all the venting options. Crew was on time, polite, and cleaned up well. 5 stars, highly recommended.

Vanity Roofing did two of my homes. The first job went well and without issue. The second job was not as well executed. To start, contract was signed in July but the work did not start till November. When they completed the job, they left behind a huge mess in my parents backyard and all around the house. My parents never noticed as a large snowfall during the installation covered most of the mess. They came and cleaned the area mostly in the back yard at the end of March but they still left a mess around the house. A second call was made to the site manager to come back and clean the rest of the garbage left behind. The issue was that some of the garbage was still frozen in the ground but it would have been good that the site manager followed up to state he could not complete the clean up and not require me to call again to follow up. My issue mostly revolved around poor communication and execution from their site manager. Upon escalating the issue with the owner, Tufon responded quickly and fixed all outstanding issues and more within 24 hours. At the end of the day, my parents were happy with corrections so I'm happy.

Excellent work!! I was referred to this company by friends that have used this company in the past . I'm very pleased with the outcome, couldn't ask for a more professional crew of guys to get the job done safely. There was never any mess after the crew completed the project. Definitely recommend for any future projects my friends or family may have. Thank you Vanity crew
