Great, fast service. After the recent tornado in Orléans I had a couple of rows of shingles missing and bare wood exposed on the roof. I called the OAR the next afternoon and they were there in a couple of hours, gave me a reasonable estimate and then completed the repairs right away. I am very happy with the work and that it was done so fast before I had to worry about rain getting in.

Fixed a problem a previous company could not resolve. Yves was very professional experienced and prompt even tarped problem area as issue came about during a busy time for him and as soon as he was available which was only a few days later fixed issue at a fair rate. Would highly recommend

Contacted due to my roof leaking. OAR came promptly for a quote. I opted to move forward with OAR and have been ghosted ever since causing more than another week of water leaking inside my house. If you can't do the work, just let the customer know, especially when their roof is LEAKING.

I only gave OAR 1-star because it wouldn't let me give zero stars. Yves is perhaps the most difficult and dishonest person I've ever had to deal with. From the get-go, his unprofessionalism shone through when he misquoted us and ended up charging much more than the original quote. Upon writing the contract, he agreed to do our rain gutters as a complimentary feature to his service. We still have this in writing and plan to pursue him with the Better Business Bureau as he has yet to complete the job (a year later) and now wants to charge us. I can't talk about the quality of his work because he NEVER DID ANYTHING, he hired a sub-contracting crew and then complained when he only made $500 profit because he hired another crew. He was never on site. The crew he sub-contracted was wonderful, so perhaps upon contacting him, you can ask to get in touch with that crew. As if it can get any worse... we had purchased our own materials from Lowes on Innes. If you don't believe what I'm about to say, call them and ask. Upon picking them up Yves was "pulled away suddenly" and left our shingles sitting in the parking lot overnight!! Thankfully nothing was stolen and Lowes called us to inform us that Yves had done that. We scrambled and got the shingles ourselves. Yves also makes very degrading comments about women, and cancelled on us several times ON THE DAY of the job. Saying "his woman needed him" and thus couldn't come. Please save yourself the hassle and find a hardworking, honest person who doesn't try to squeeze every dime out of you for his own benefit.

After some of our shingles blew off the roof in a recent thunderstorm July 2nd, we were trying to reach and get support from the company that originally installed the roof as well as a few others but unfortunately no responses. Yves was in the neighbourhood and noticed that we were missing shingles and reached out to us personally. He came as soon as possible and took care of all repairs and ensured there were no further issues with our roof. Great service, will recommend this company to friends and family!
