I did ask for a quote on re-roofing , six days ago and submitted my email and phone number, but sofar haven't heard back from them, and today reading the reviews of this company, I wonder , are they still in business? Or should they still be in business!!!

Lamer did our roof 11 years ago with BP Eclipse shingles with a "lifetime warranty". One section of roof with a southern exposure has shingles that are falling apart so I am in the process of filing a warranty claim with BP. The claim requires information about the job and the installation that only Lamer can provide, but 5 messages left over several weeks and nobody gets back to me. Not impressed!

I had an estimator come to my house to give me a quote for fiberglass shingles and steel. He spent an hour measuring everything up, and describing the high quality of service that Lamer has built its reputation on. Then he took my email, and said he would have a quote for me soon… It’s been 6 weeks since he came to my house and I have not heard a thing. I have emailed the company… I have called him directly and left a message… I also called the head office, and they ensured me I would hear from him by the end of the day… that was 2 weeks ago. I cannot speak to whether or not they build a god roof, but I can tell you this- I have a roof with defective shingles that are deteriorating RAPIDLY. I really would have liked to get a roof on before the winter. The “Lamer” rep bragged about their A+ rating with the better business bureau, mean while he showed up without a tape measure, or ladder (both of which I had on hand so no biggy!) and has yet to respond to any of my attempts to contact him. Not very professional if you ask me. I suggest someone else if being treated as a valuable customer is important to you. -Tom M.

Have called this company on recommendation of a neighbour They have an answering service who will take your name and number and tell you they will get someone to call I have tried on 3 separate occasions to get someone to call back .... no luck So after waiting for a call for 30 plus days .... I have given up on them Must be nice to be able to pick and chose who they will talk to ...,, Not being recommended by me for sure
