Didn't over quote me (like I don't know what things cost) No one was drunk & they cleaned up after themselves! Very professional & highly recommended. We have developed a very damaging leak from our roof and have had several tradespeople out to look at it (a couple of them recommended by our insurer). So far, no one has been able to figure out the source of the leak, so we went online to see who might else be qualified to check this out and identify and fix this problem. We saw the stellar reviews of Bowers and gave them a call. The next day, we gave them another call. The next day, we sent an email. We received NO REPLY to any of our contact efforts. This is very, very bad customer service!

Sam Bowers could not help me directly because I live outside the area they serve, but they were so helpful to refer me to sources that might be able to. That is the ultimate customer service, so thank you for helping, it meant so much to me!

Friendly, professional, and it's a pleasure to find nice people to do business with in the area. We had an issue with roof tiles which blew off with high winds we called the company, and we received a call back within a couple of hours and our repair was completed the next day very reasonable cost and did an excellent job will use this company if and when my roof requires a new one.....great job
