Steve was very professional from the beginning. We were never pressured into putting parts on our roof that we did not need or want. We felt confident in Steve's knowledge base on the supplies and construction of our roof. The cost of our roof was comparable to other company's, we had estimates from three other companies. We went with Steve because he was honest and easy to talk to. Steve had the answers to all of our question and he answered thoroughly. The roofers were very efficient and there workmanship was excellent. I was amazed when they told me they were done in one day and we have a large roof. I would recommend Steve and his crew to anyone who was having there roof replaced.

1st Choice Home Solutions installed 8 windows, a sliding glass door and a steel shingle roof on our home. Their quotes were very competitive and the products were of high quality. Our sales person Glen was very knowledgeable, friendly and didn't pressure us into making any decisions. He was candid and detailed with advice, providing us multiple product options while explaining the pros and cons of each. We were given an accurate overview of the install process and what to expect. Our sliding glass door and 8 windows were install in less than a day, as was our steel shingle roof on a separate day. The crews that completed the installations were very quick, polite and produced professional looking results. Debris was collected and removed before each crew left. We were kept informed during the whole process and were contacted to setup install dates that worked for us. Upon completion, Glen came out for a final inspection and ensured we had no further concerns or questions. Received a couple quotes from other roofing companies, and 1st choice was definitely the most reasonable. Not only was their quote reasonable, they were able to make it out to repair our roof within a couple days from when we received the quote. Great, friendly and fast customer service! We signed a contract with 1st Choice home solutions to replace our roof in June 2019 and this time around the experience has been a lot different compared to 2016. Communication and organisation on their side is sub par. Have delayed the roof installation twice and all I hear is excuses. This used to be a good company. Not sure what is going on. Not the same company I dealt with in 2016. _____________________________________________________________ We have been in our home for 20 years now and have had some experience with contractors, some good and some bad. Glen and his team have been just about the most professional we have ever had the pleasure to work with. We had all our windows replaced with new Wardco vinyl windows. These were by far the best windows we were quoted. Great quality at a reasonable price. We even got a glass upgrade for better energy efficiency. The installation happened on the day that we booked (why can't all contractors show up when they say they will) and the installation team was amazing. Quick, efficient, clean and professional. They installed 17 windows in one day and cleaned up nicely after themselves. The capping was just superb. No more painting for me. My family and I had First Choice work on our home two years ago. I was happy with the project start to finish. We had new insulation, siding, soffits , fascia, seamless eaves trough and a steel roof. It was a large investment that we do not regret. The workmanship was second to none and Glen was easy to deal with (no high pressure). We required a few minor adjustments after the fact, Glen was more than willing to work with us in resolving our concerns.
