Disappointing experience. High price for shotty work. Extremely slow to do what should be a one day job that turned into 3 days.

Awful service. Called them to repair missing shingles after a windy day. Two guys showed up at 7:30pm and worked in the dark for a couple of hours. The next day I still saw many missing spots so called them right away and they claimed they didn’t do service on our home. Anyway, they sent their guy again and he promised he’s gonna come the next day to continue his work. A week after he never showed up!! I called them, the lady who picks up the phone puts me on hold for a long time and without even telling me that she’s going to put me on hold and at the end she said he’s gonna come the same day which of course he didn’t!!! I’m so done with them. I paid $300 for a crappy job and awful customer service. I don’t want them at my house anymore!!!

I am a Realtor and am trying to organize quotes for a client - when I called I was told "Yeah, we don't quote non-homeowners" and then was hung up on. That's all I'll say.
