I used them for my roof inspection in 2010 and they were great. I used them again in 2012 to help with a leak repair, everything seemed fine until I noticed the same interior cracking. I waited months (about 8) for them to pull the file and try to get someone out to look at it, but nothing ever happened. With family, and life I forgot about it...we didn't get that much rain... After our 2016/17 rain I had them come out and look at another area and I wanted them to look into what happened from 2012. Looking at my communications with them I have been patiently waiting for them since March 2017. It is not October, and I don't think I should wait any longer. I can't recommend them due to their lack of communication and action on their part.
