This has been a challenging year for the window industry given the cancellation of the provincial green energy credits. I had ordered a patio door installation and while their was a delay, in the manufacturing and eventual installation, I am sincerely impressed with the end result. The door was exact to the order specifications, the installation team was friendly, professional and extremely competent. Brian, the owner was respectful and responded to my concerns that I had over the time delay. I would not hesitate to recommend Best Can and I will be purchasing from them in the future!

This past January we went to the home and garden show at the EY Center with only one goal in mind. To find a contractor to install new bedroom windows for us. We saw a bunch, we even booked a few quotes. We decided to go with BestCan and we couldn’t be happier, the installer’s not only did they show up on time, they were actually early (which is good as I’m a person who panics about timings). I don’t remember their names, but they were very friendly, efficient, constantly cleaning up as they go. Since I also am a typical nosey person I watched them work and maybe sometimes I got to close, lol. They also kept me inform of the steps they were doing, and always wonder if I had any questions and when I did they answered them very quickly. You can easily tell they have been doing this job for awhile there was an easy flow to the work being done. I have another project coming up once the ground thaws and will have no problem contacting BestCan first to see if they can get it done for us. Thanks Guys

I had two triple-pane casement windows replaced by BestCan at the end of November. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them. The work was complicated since it's an older house (1940s) and I wanted to maintain the 'classic' look inside and out. When Roy came to give me a quote, he took the time to consider all the options and come up with a well-thought out solution (something the two other companies I got quotes from didn't do to nearly the same extent). When the windows were ready, tinstaller did a fantastic job - he was very careful and clearly knows his work. Plus he kept the areas very clean (no small task at that time of year!). Roy was pretty quick to respond to questions and great to work with. I would definitely go back to BestCan for other jobs around the house - glad they do more than just windows!

BestCan just installed 5 windows for me and I am happy with their work. Great communications, knowledgeable sales person (Roy) , and professional installation team. And the price was amazing. Everything was done according to the contract with a high quality, and within the time frame. Much better than a bigger company that I dealt with last year, who brought in a wrong window on installation day, and did not install my skylight window plumb and level because "the base panel was not level"...

BestCan has replaced most of our windows over the past 1 ½ years and we have highly recommended them to both family and friends for the product quality, professional sales and installation as well as timely project completion. Special thanks to Brian Mann (Sales) for his communication of updates and to installers, Vitali and his father, for their excellent installation and thorough clean up! We also had some floor tiling done on our basement landing by Alexi with great results as it was a tricky area with a curved wall and one other odd angle. We have been very pleased with all the staff and crew of BestCan and will definitely call on them again for the replacement of our remaining windows.
