Al’s re did my entire roof a couple of years ago. Recently it started leaking, it still under warranty so I called to have them repair. I spoke with someone the first time who saw the water damage and said someone would be by to address the problem. Months passed. Roof leaks again. I call again, speak to someone who says they’ll have someone take a look at it. Next day I find one of their cards in my mailbox indicating they have been by and so think “great, problem solved!” Today I had to call them for a third time as I woke up to being dripped on. I have now had to call a THIRD time to get Al’s Roofing to stand by their warranty and fix the roof that they obviously installed incorrectly.

Set an appointment to meet at a house we own in downtown Toronto, waited for a half hour (no one showed). Called them and was told over the phone that someone apparently did show up 10 minutes prior and decided while driving by that because there was no designated parking outside the house they would not be taking the job. Not taking the job is one thing, but this was next level unprofessionalism to just drive by and leave without a word.

We had our roof done twice by this company (over 30 years) and I can't recommend them enough. Professional, quick, well priced, cleaned up.

These guys are good! Started with recommendations from the neighbours. I have to agree and add to them.

Waited all morning cor them , secrtary was rude contractor did not bother to call me . Wastr of my time.
