Honestly, I don't know how good or bad they are. I have left several messages a few month back and also sent a request for a quote on the website a week ago and never ever heard back. If you're so busy as to not having time to respond, maybe changing your advertising would be a good idea. Disappointing.

I am very disappointed and upsad by this company's costumer service attitude. They came to my house two and half weeks ago and waisted 1 hour of my life to go everywhere and check to give me a quote for changing of my whole roof ( my house is only 7 years old but the roof is part of a defected IKO shingles that has cracked). Since then I haven't heard from them. I called three times to their office and asked to talk to a manager as this company was referred to us by one of our friends and I really wanted to give them a chance but every time I called I was told that someone will get back to me and they don't know what happen as they can see there quete sitting in the system. I checked my emailed every time and they had the right email address! My roof will probably coasts 20,000 and up to change and it is very disappointing that if they don't want to take the business at least be professional enough to call me and let me know.....very very disappointed. If this is how they do at this start of the job imagine how they could his do if I ever have to call them for warrantee or any help after the job is done!? April 23, after having a conversation with the owner of the company Shey. I found out the sales person’a father came to an emergency and that is why my house and estimate feel through a crack. Shey came himself and gave me an estimate. I am not sure yet to use them or not but I will update you of the situation either ways

Great job. Great Price. Cory and his team even came back to fix related roof challenges that had nothing to do with them. An absolute pleasure to work with. I will be using them on my next job and highly recommend them.

These people quoted an enormous price for a little job. Their price doubled from other companies. No thank you
