If you are reading this, search no more. Steve from Roof One ltd. was great to get back to me, communicate with me. Steve meet me and supplied different ideas without any up selling. The dates for the job where arranged and the job was completed exactly as desired with extreme care to doing the job right including every focus on detail and clean up. His work crew are nothing less pleasant and thoughtful around an active household of people. I rate Steve and his crew 6 stars out of 5 and very highly recommend them.

Called Roofone this past weekend and the person said he was in the area and would be able to come within a couple hours. Let about 3 hours go by and called him again just to ask if he has an estimated time of when to expect him. He then states I don't know who I am and does not have any note of my address or calling earlier. He the state's he was on his way to Mississauga and does not know when . At that point decided to not move forward with dealing with Roof One. They are probably good at what they do but not managing the client in a positive manner.

First time he fixed my roof,next time with wind the shingles came off, poorly done. When called him to come and fix, he said he would come next day, next day it was rainy and I waited for him. But he did not come. He does not keep his promise. His service is bad, not reliable.

I had a great experience with Roof ONE. I called the company to fix my roof shingle problem. The roof technicians immediately came to my house after calling. They adjust and repair all worn shingles of my roof. I am so happy to get back my roof in previous good condition. I was very pleased with their service. I just want to say that Roof ONE is the best roof repair company in Oakville. Highly Recommended! Thank you
