From the first meeting, the professionalism and the attention to detail was very impressive. The crew did a great job and we are very happy with the way the roof looks. Based on the recommendations of an excellent home renovator I know, I contacted Weldun and one other company for estimates on replacing my 26 year old shingle roof. Both companies offered excellent products from shingles to underlay. However, Weldun's estimate was significantly lower. I sought more advice. I was cautioned to make sure the workers were insured using industry standard coverage, the guarantee of product was complete (not pro-rated) for a significant number of years, the work-person-ship was absolute for a significant number of years, and that the regular crew, not a subcontracted crew, did the work. Check, check, check, and check. Patricia, Weldun's office/project manager and all round font of roofing information, visited on site to ensure the work proceeded problem free and that I was happy. She did a post installation site inspection and patiently answered my emailed post job questions. Also, on the first day, the crew chief was not happy with some of the roofing materials delivered to my house. He insisted the supplier come back with pristine product. I witnessed part of this happening. I would never have known the difference. But these people are professionals who are not satisfied with less than top notch installation of top notch materials. Five stars!

This company was incredible to work with. Patricia provided incredible customer service, so prompt on everything, and communicating everything with me, something extremely rare in this industry! They do amazing work and do it fast!! Highly recommend.
