We contacted The Roof Doctor on the recommendation of our neighbours. David and his team were extremely friendly and easy to deal with. We were given a quote at no charge. There were some additional costs due to some poor work performed by the previous roof. The reasons and cost were clearly explained to us and we were given the opton of proceeding or not. I was not the person home when the work was actually done. When I got home I barely noticed they has been there. The area around work area was spotless. Thanks Roof Doctor you were a pleasure to deal with!!

This company is totally fraud. I called for a repair and I ask to come before 12.30pm because I have to go to work. The guy said he will and charged my credit card $275.00. I wait until 12.30 and called and said I need to go work I want to cancel . He not even come he said he cant give the money back. The way he talked he is so rude. please don't go this company anyone he is fraud. I lost my $275.00 and the work not done. when I ask them a money he said what ever you want you do I can't give the money back.

Thank you for coming and saving the day. These guys responded very quickly to my emergency repair request when no one else could handle the weather conditions. I think I was more worried about their safety then the fix itself. They fixed the problem in a few hours, were very transparent and thorough in their job to stop the issue. Lots of experience. I should have had these guys do my roof on day 1.

Short story: he does decent work and is quick to get to your home, but expect to pay a premium for it. His quotes are expensive but if you have the money and need service immediately, he would be a decent option. Long story: Initially called this company to cap a chimney and was quoted $300. When he got up there he didn't end up capping the chimney and tried to reach me but I missed the call. He recommended taking down the chimney altogether and gave me the quote. He did the job right away and sent me many pictures as I was at work - which was much appreciated. Once completed, he charged me the price we agreed for taking down the chimney but also charged me $275 to get on the roof for inspection. I had to negotiate to get that $275 removed. 2 weeks later there was a huge wind storm and a different house has some shingles blown off. He quoted $350 for an emergency call (Sunday) to go to the house to inspect, with cost of repairs to be IN ADDITION to the $350. Most plumbing, HVAC, Roofing companies offer some work included in the service call (ie. first 30 minutes or first hour). It is an industry standard to charge 50% more for emergency calls as it incurs overtime. I would've been ok if the service call included fixing a small amount of shingles at least. I ended up calling another roofer to come on the Monday and he got it fixed for $200.

I'm not the only person to give them 1 start. Gave them a call to know more about the service. I thought they do free estimation but after a discussion it costs 350$. I understood and 350$ was not a big deal for me compare to the roof repair service. The thing was the owner told me that because I was asking too much and it made him upset and he hung up the phone. It is so rude. I dont know what kind of business is this and how they deal with customers.
