I recently had a leak in my skylight which was pouring into my kitchen. I contacted Shamas Contracting (who I recall my friend using in the past) and they came out right away. They were so prompt and nice, I was very impressed. It’s so nice to see companies still exist that are honest and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend them.

The team came to my rescue when my sump pump failed in my basement. They were timely, reliable, honest and did speedy clean-up and repairs, came to check on status, and followed through on all details and more (helped fix things that were not in the defined scope)!!! Strongly recommend this company. I will definitely use them again hopefully for a renovation next time and not repairs!! Thanks again to all at Shamas!

Shamas Contracting offers outstanding customer service and quality workmanship! Their entire team is professional, efficient and personable. All my questions were answered promptly throughout the project and communication was excellent. I especially appreciated the daily update of what I could expect next! I have never had a third party arrive within a 30 minute window or receive a call if they were going to be 5-10 minutes behind. Working as senior customer service manager for over 25 years, I commend Shamas for their exceptional customer service from everyone involved in the project! In this case, Shamas took over my renovation that had sat for 60 days with another contractor without resolution. Within 24 hours, Shamas came out to quote and evaluate what needed to be done and within 5 business days the project was completed above and beyond my expectations! I highly recommend Shamas Contracting and will not hesitate to work with them again!

Have a water leak that needs to be assessed asap. Got ahold of shamas contracting and arranged for them to come take a look this morning. It was planned around my work schedule which was discussed when I made the call on Wednesday. Today they called me and said they wouldnt be able to comen until 230 pm. This would obviously not work as discussed on Wednesday. Now I have to scramble to find someone else and try to get them to come on no notice. If your looking for a reliable and trustworthy contractor, look elsewhere
