I called to repair shingle. They came and said they did not have the same color so they suggested to put a different color. I said I can buy new shingle from shops then they said they could not wait. I suggested to buy myself and they could install another time but they said they were busy and would not come back. So they just left.

I discovered that my bathroom fan vented into the attic. I also wanted to have a preexisting 3” vent widened to 4”. I had been turned down by other roofers because the job “ was too small”. Kun at Tri City told me that he would try to squeeze me in ( he was also busy... ‘‘tis the season). He was great! He was professional , pleasant and fair. He discovered other issues with my roof and addressed the most pressing issue ( raccoons had eaten some piping / seal around the vents and posed a serious leak threat) in addition to the original job I commissioned him to complete. Based on my experience with Tri City Roofing. I highly recommend this company and Kun Mai to address any roofing needs.
