There should be an option for 0 stars, because that's what they deserve. Double charged for a heat pump rental after we moved out and would not refund the money they overcharged. Lacks ethics, fairness, or any other quality you'd hope to find in a company you do business with. They're rude and condescending, and act on bad faith with their customers. I've talked to other customers in the building we lived in, and every one of them said their interactions with Triumph were extremely negative. Just avoid them if you can.

I purchased a pre-construction condo from this builder and it has been a nightmare. They do not know how to work professionally and the work is both of poor quality and sloppy. I purchased a bike locker and they installed bike racks outdoors and expect purchasers who paid money for bike lockers to be satisfied. This is just one example of the awful planning, workmanship and desire to build quality condos for those who purchase. Avoid this builder at all costs!

Like to add hidden fees to final closing amount that weren’t stated initially on P&S agreements

These guys are the worst. I made the mistake of excepting their discounted price in spite of the lousy reviews I had seen about them and it ended up costing me $1500 more to fix the mistakes they created. One of the workers, a punk in his 20s, was swearing loudly around the job site so much so that my neighbour who has small children came to complain. They are sloppy both in the work they do, in the way they left the jobsite
