This is the worst company out there! Hugo has to be one of the worst people I have ever dealt with in customer service. My roof didn't even last a year and he claims they are not responsible. I won't go into detail what was said, but I can honestly say, Hugo has zero respect and zero integrity. They are a bunch of crooks ... please don't fall into their money pit!!!

A few months ago, they repaired part of our roof because the shingles had blown off from a strong windstorm. Recently those shingles flew off. We tried calling them to come and repair it again, charging us once more in the process. Terrible customer service, can't get a hold of them, no answering machine. When they finally responded the lady on the phone was very rude and told us to stop calling due to a "heavy workload". They finally came to repair it two weeks later after several attempts to get a scheduled time. Even then they could not confirm a set time and date. Do not hire them!

New roof/shingles was installed 2 yrs ago. An entire row blew off. Can't get a hold of anyone to even ask about the warranty. Phone line has been busy for days.

They installed my roof when I built the house. A year later, I had several leaks around the sky lights as well as the various corners. They never took any responsibility. The owner calmly and collectively told me that this was not his problem and I could go and complain to whoever I want as he does not care. I had to hire a different company to redo the roof. They showed me how the previous contractor (Colombus roofing) had completely botched the installation.
