I Can’t say enough GOOD things about Craftsman Aluminum. We had all new windows and siding installed on our house. These guys are Pros with many years of experience and take pride in what they do.. It really shows in their work.

Do not recommend this company! Not invested in customer service and customer satisfaction. My mother called for inspection on her roof after May 4th, 2018, wind event. Year 7 of 25 year warranty. Was told too busy, told to call shingle manufacturer and abruptly hung up on.

In the windstorm we had, they were out to waterproof our roof the next morning, which was such a relief. We will go with them for sure to get our roof replaced.

We had a front door recently installed. The door looks great! It fits perfect and really seals out the elements. Our last door leaked like badly making the front entry very cold and drafty. Not anymore. The whole process was very easy. It took a while for the door to come in but we ordered a very individual door with cast iron. Alex is very helpful taking care of all the administrative and Rick our estimator is friendly, VERY knowledgeable and helpful. He is always available to answer questions and is very patient. The installers were also very friendly and tidy, and FAST! The door was in before I even finished my breakfast! I know we were pain in the butts. Always following up and calling. Changing our minds a number of times, and changing the scope of the job too. Everyone we dealt with was always pleasant no matter what. We will be using Craftsman again for our siding this summer and I can't recommend them enough. Thanks for the excellent service and work. Update Aug 2017: We had them install our Cape Cod board and batten wooden siding. It transformed the house. Couldn't be happier. Same crew (Tim and Ken) were so pleasant to have on site. They are meticulous in their workmanship and really care about the client. Can't say enough. Update Oct 2017: Back again to install our soffits and eaves. New crew Ted and Cam are equally skilled and the soffits are looking great! Thanks again for an excellent job!!!
