I haven't started the work yet so I want to write about customer care with the very first contact. After waiting for 3 or more days to hear back from other Roofing companies, I decided to get in touch with D'Angelo & Sons Roofing. It was a Sunday morning. Jesse got back to me one hour later. As I was asking for options on inspections and services they provided me, we started an email exchange - again, it was Sunday of a long weekend - where Jesse took the time to explain each service in detail for me to have everything clear. We now have an inspection scheduled. From no answer from other roofing companies to a scheduled inspection and clear explanation of everything: that's what I call excellent customer service. In a few month I will write another review after they provide service, but I wanted to point out how easy the initial communication was. This is how to create confidence and business. We got some roofing repairs done and it was a very pleasurable experience. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. Dealing with an employee named Jennifer made the experience so much easier. She scheduled, answered and all questions and was very knowledgeable especially when she came with the crew to bring vent material. The crew were awesome workers and they cleaned after work was done which was a huge plus for my wife. I highly recommend dealing with them as its a great experience from your first call forward.

We had our roof re-shingled back in November 2018. Right in the middle of a massive storm front that week. I was getting a little nervous as to when work was about to begin. The field supervisor had told me they would start that week and they picked precisely the one day it didn't rain. They literally started, finished and cleaned up all in one day under complete dry conditions. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and expertise starting from the technical advisor, field supervisor to the crew themselves. They are a little more on the pricier side, but hey, you get what you pay for. If I were to do it all over again, I wouldn't hesitate. Highly recommended.

D’Angelo surpassed our expectations for a great service and product experience. When our shingle roof started leaking we looked into a few options and decided on going with a metal roof. While we were away on vacation the installers came by and completed the roof, it was like returning to a new home. Our neighbours informed us of the progress and told us they were impressed at how quickly and efficiently it was done. We have had the roof for a few months now and have not needed any service calls despite all the constant rain. We are happy with the new look of our home and our neighbours have all given compliments in passing.
