BJ Roofing did our roof last year in April 2018 and we had a severe leak over the winter which costs us $6000. We called BJ roofing several times and the salesman Tony says he is only does sales and talked to the owner Larry. He gave us the no of the owner Larry and he said he is the new owner and sent him the contract but would not owner it and said talked to Tony or email Maggie. We have emailed the company several times with no one replying to us. Today Larry picked up the phone and says he is not the owner but David is the owner but does not speak English and a few months ago Larry said he was the new owner and he promised he would look into and today the whole story has changed. He said he will talk to Tony.These people are crooks and should not be in business. We do not recommend this company at all. Please be aware.

These guys are crooked and should not be in business. Tony the sales person was great when he was setting things up, the job was completed in appearance which I found out after making the payment that additional work was required there was no response from him or his company. Now after only eight months the roof is leaking and Tony or his company are not there to respond or assist in emergency. I strongly suggest to anyone to avoid giving business to this shoddy company. NOT RECOMMENDED, BEWARE YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Follow-up: I received a response from the new owner Larry for asked me to forward my contract (so apparently he did not have a copy) which I did. Upon his review he declined to honour it. So much for his posting in response to mine. So as it stands, this new owner cannot be trusted!

Stay away from this company. They will not come back to provide customer service if you have any issues with your roof repair. I've been trying to get them to fix a simple issue for the last 3months and I have been getting the run around. Told several times someone will call or come out and no one did. Now we are hearing something crawling around in our roof and have to pay animal control to come out. On top of this, I found their clean up sloppy - we found roof debris everywhere when the were done. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere.

My roof was completed three years ago in June 2016 and my roof was already leaking by Nov 2018. I was not able to get a hold of anyone from BJ Roofing, I though the company went out of business. I finally got a hold of Tony, the sales person regarding my leak and he will not come out to do the job or honour the 10 year warranty. Do not trust this company or the warranty. Beware of this company because their workmanship is very poor, unprofessional and the job was not done properly from the beginning. Do not give BJ ROOFING your business because you will regret it.

Simply a disreputable company. The overall job does not look professional. We had a warranty issue with a leak at a roof vent. We were told that there were high winds three weeks prior and that is why there is a problem, so it will cost me $200 to have someone come by. Their 10-year warranty is worthless. BUYER BEWARE - THEY JUST HAVE TO SAY "HIGH WINDS" AND YOU WILL BE ON THE HOOK FOR ANY PROBLEMS. WHAT A JOKE!
