Great company..good quality work and management..small company that pays attention to detail

I would never use this company again. They replaced our roof just a few years ago. Since then, we have had large patches come off in the wind three times. I know some wind can be high but three times??!! The last time shingles came off was a couple of months ago. We left two phone messages and when the second one was returned weeks later, the guy apologized and said he forgot about us. He arranged to come out last Friday to finally repair it. My husband raced home from work and sat in all afternoon waiting. Nobody showed. No phone call to cancel or reschedule. We are extremely disappointed with the poor customer service at this company. I would not use them again.
