Mo and his crew were awesome to work with. They did the entire roof in one day, left my yard immaculate when they cleaned up at the end of the day and Mo even returned to do the caulking around my chimney on the day after as the supplier sent a colour he wasn't content with - he wanted the job to look perfect and it does! My roof recently suffered some damage that I needed insurance involved due to the severity of it. To begin, I’m no expert in roofing, and being a first time home buyer, it was a stressful time for me not knowing what to do in these situations. While waiting on insurance to review the claim, I needed to get my roof temporarily patched up before it causes any damages to my house. I called a couple companies including Better Roofing, and they were the first to respond and also provided the best pricing. Moe and his team were extremely friendly and professional. They patched up my roof and he showed me the damages, explaining everything to me in details. These days, it’s hard to find a contractor that will be patient with you and ensure that you understand all the details knowing that you’re in good hands. Roofing is such a busy and competitive business, everyone just wants to get the work done and move on. This is not the case for Moe and Better Roofing. He will go above and beyond his time to make sure that you get the best. He stood beside me for 2 months as I struggled with insurance to get my roof repaired. I don’t think any roofing company will go through that with you especially when they might not be guaranteed the job, but Moe did! At the end when it worked it out with insurance, I wanted him and his team to redo my roof. I could not be any happier! He has a fantastic, professional and efficient team. They work fast without losing the quality aspect and pay close attention to detail. They clean up like the job never happened. I was so impressed! Moe and his team were very professional but also very friendly also gives you all the information you need replacing your roof lets face it putting a roof on your house is a big deal so you want it done right.
