Worst customer service ever....new roof 2012...repairs in 2013 -2014 -2015-2016 and so on no willingness to solve the problem just more repairs until this year when they won't even return phone calls.....25 yr warranty is a laugh.....faced with having to have the house reroofed

It's pretty sad when you make an appiontment for $10,000 to $15,000 worth of work and the appraiser doesn't bother to show up and to make matters worse... doesn't even bother to call until 4 hours later with some lame excuse as to why. They will not be getting my business especially if this is how they treat their potential customers.
