Had BMW install shingles during as part of a bungalow renovation. We had been having condensation issues so we paid BMW extra to install mid roof venting and ridge venting to address the issue as previously only had square roof louvers installed. Ventilation is still so poor that it rains inside the house when warm weather arrives and damages walls, windows and hardwood floors. When contacted they were unwilling to resolve although they were happy to review and try to correct the issue for an "extra charge". Will be using a reputable contractor with better knowledge to hopefully resolve the poor ventilation issue once and for all.

You want to know what real customer care is? Deal with BMW Exteriors. They did siding of my new house in 2014. When I called them today (Oct 2017) for a fascia trim coming off due to high winds in Calgary, they said usually they have two year warranty for their work however because they 'do care about their customers' they will do it for me; no charge. Within few hours they sent some one to NW (from SE) and he fixed the fascia trim. There are still businesses who truly 'care' their customers, above and beyond what is contractually required, specially in this downturn. Thank you Mick!
