They were quick to take our insurance and get the job done, but follow up service was terrible. Covered over outlets, a leak in the roof and a piece of siding that can loose repeatedly. I finally had to call a handyman to come and attach the loose piece since big top wouldn’t return my phone calls or email. Do not recommend!
