A falling tree during a storm made a hole in our siding. ARTE came out and performed an emergency repair--a piece of tar paper and duct tape on three sides. It blew off in 3 days. Upon talking to the company, they stated that it was an "emergency repair" and not expected to be permanent! Apparently $368 is standard for this type of repair--certainly fair enough if it is in fact a repair! I wouldn't let them near my house again!! Update: We had a different roofing/siding company come out. They didn't retape the temporary "repair." They permanently fixed it with siding that matched the original for half the price of Arte's temporary repair! It looks great and they know what they are doing--A. Clark Roofing are the people to call.

Arte was assigned by Monnex Insurance to address hail damage to our roof. All contacts were professional, courteous and timely. The work was performed as and when promised. Painless experience and the roof looks great. All of my dealings were with Greg Morrison, Superintendent. I would recommend.

Useless and incompetent. High staff turn over. Very disorganized. Majority of staff was incompetent. If you must deal with their ineptness, keep asking for someone with more technical expertise. If passed on to Neil Barnes, ask for someone else. They do have a couple. It's amazing a company like this can stay in business. **Recommend moving on. Find another contractor.

I had Arte Roofing replace 3 roofs for me last year. 2 of the 3 jobs went perfectly. They came on time, installed the roofs and cleaned up, no muss no fuss. I had some minor complaints about the cosmetics of the 3rd job. They addressed my concerns immediately. Last week, almost a year later, I noticed a few maintenance issues that were my responsibility.
