Terrible company for servicing their work. I have not had a return call from the owners despite my REPEATEDLY requesting a return call about service! They did a fairly efficient job but was not impressed with their lack of communications. They did not tell us when they were coming and just showed up.

Over 2 months ago I called to get an estimate, over a week later still no reply. Followed up with email & called again, was told they would be up that week. 3 weeks later still no estimate. Called yet again, reluctantly came out 2 weeks later to measure etc for estimate. Now over 8 weeks later, still waiting for a reply/estimate despite a couple of calls & emails. Disappointed.

I agree Irwin is hard to get of hold of, but when they show up, they do a reliable job.
