Super disappointed recently when I didn't get any response from Infinity after 5 phone calls and an email asking for them to look at a possible leak on a roof they did 10 years ago. My warranty is *almost* up--is that why they didn't respond? Who can say, because they haven't gotten back to me!! To be fair, the work 10 years ago was great; it's their customer service/response now that disappoints me.

Their neglect to install roof ventilation on my new metal roof led to serious condensation problems in my attic and mould growth. They failed to offer any help, suggestions, or support and just claimed it had nothing to do with the roof. The roof failed inspections by two experts due to poor workmanship eg. cutting the entire mansard roof (70') too short! Expenses and estimates total over 40k for the experience of having Infinity here.
