I would never recommend using this company. Although their initial SOW was done in a detailed manner, we had a few follow up questions through email and phone calls and they never replied back to us. We ended up holding their payment until some response was made. It was a very simple question but they never took the time to reply. Very poor customer service. I would recommend other companies. We had high hopes of using this company again for our other roofing projects but they just did not close the project off well at all.
