One day for new shingles on my bungalow roof, clean, quick and left no trace. Delivered product before scheduled start. Very pleased with the efficiency and no signs they were even there that day! Perfect looking new roof now. Thanks Transcona Roofing.
Poor customer service. Called on a Thursday's to get someone to come out & give an estimate. I was transferred to Kyle who said he would be out late Friday or Monday morning. I waited till 4 pm on Monday and nobody showed up. Also my phone call was not returned when I called to enquire. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
The receptionist asked me where I got the phone number, other marketing questions. I said I would like an estimate first. She then said they aren't accepting new clients at this time. I found that quite rude as a company should always be friendly for business. Or at least not ask for marketing questions then tell me they aren't accepting new customers!?!
