Rang to get information re pricing a 5 minute job. Woman taking call didn’t know where address was, wanted my full name, and didn’t explain that roofer would need to visit and provide a quote. When I queried why she needed my personal information I was told to ring someone else as “I” was being rude and telling her how to do her job. One star because zero stars is not available.

Great work done by aqua shield had minor leaks to roof and was advised a re screw was needed. Gave the go ahead work done on time and very happy with finish. Thanks heaps and recommend

We would certainly recommend this firm. Excellent communication with customers. Professional and very pleasant to deal with. Slade and his team go the extra mile to get the job done. Due to a bad weather forecast, they even worked on a Sunday for us. The clean up was fantastic and all rubbish removed. Our new roof and guttering look fantastic and are working well. We are very happy indeed
