I am in need of a new roof! I contacted this company a while back after they had been recommended by someone I know. I spoke to a lady who said she would get the guy to phone me back the next day about a quote. He never did, I phoned 2 weeks later and spoke to the same lady she told me that she had gone off sick and forgot to pass the message on and was very sorry. She said she would get him to phone me the next day (again) as he is busy. That was 6 days ago and I'm still waiting. They are either very forgetful or they have too much money and don't want my business. Very poor customer service. I will be going elsewhere and will not be recomending them to anyone.
