Did an excellent job. Completely replaced/refitted roof tiles etc, also resealed chimneys, lead flashing and gas cowls. Lads were very hard workers. All debris was cleared up at the end of theday. Highly recommend. Price was competitive too.

Very pleased with the service and professionalism shown by Matt and his team. We recently bought a house in Barnoldswick and asked Mass Roofing to take a look, as I could see sunlight through the ridge tiles. A few weeks earlier my next door neighbour had just had his ridge tiles re-set and I asked the guys who did theirs to give us a quote to do it while they were up there, but their price seemed a bit steep and attitude a bit cowboyish. Matt from Mass Roofing did a thorough inspection of the roof free of charge. It turned out the chimney from our gas fire was blocked by nesting birds, the front gutter was blocked and the slates around the veluxes were damaged, which explained the staining inside the attic. The quote to fix all of this, plus re-set the ridge tiles, re-point the chimney and cap the pots was less than my neighbour had paid for just his ridge tiles! It was Kevin and Wayne who did the work on a sunny day in June. They were great with our young kids - my eldest daughter kept them well supplied with tea and had fun writing their names on their mugs. Pleasant to talk to, explained everything they were doing and went above and beyond throughout the day. I had them take a look at the aerials while they were up there and they also helped my next door neighbour by using the spare cement to create a small ramp to help her motorised scooter get into the yard (when they spotted her struggling with the stone step). It was also bin day, which meant the street had to be kept clear for the bin lorry. Again not a problem for the guys, who moved the van when asked. They also cleaned up our yard when they'd finished, leaving not a scrap of rubbish. And thank goodness they looked at the chimney and sorted that out - could have gassed us all come autumn! All in all very pleased with the service and would certainly recommend them to anyone else in Barnoldswick, Skipton or the surrounding areas who is looking for a roofing company. 5 stars!
