Ridge tile work was fine. Soffit, fascia and guttering work incomplete. Rubbish such as ridge tile, roofing tile and plastic bag of rubbish left on flat kitchen roof. Satellite dish has been left tied up with bungee rope. Remedial works have never been carried out despite early promises. Having tried to contact the company by phone and email, no messages have been returned. An invoice for the complete works was issued and a request for payment in full was made within 24 hours. The price was re-negotiated, paid the following day and no further contact has been made by the company.
