Our house has a new roof, new gutters, new stucco and paint. It looks great! The contract was completed to our satisfaction and all promises were kept. We want to give special shout out to Shawn and his stucco and painting team of David, Ozmond, Alex and Wilmer. The job they did is excellent 👍👍

We discovered that we had a pretty bad leak in our roof during the recent rainy weeks. I went online and did a lot of research and contacted several roofing companies that seemed to have really good reviews. Since it was a Sunday, I wasn't expecting to actually be able to reach anyone. Fortunately, I did get a hold of someone at GBC Remodeling and they sent someone out to my house right away to inspect the damage, tarp off my roof and provide me with some solutions. To make a long story short, I ended up choosing to completely re-roof my house (23 year old underlayment was at the end of its useful life). Aaron, the owner, maintains a phenomenal crew that worked fast, was very friendly and always kept me updated on the progress throughout the job. It was a very big job...I didn't realize how much brute effort was required to remove the heavy concrete tiles and the level of skill to remove the old underlying felt waterproofing and replacing it with modern fiberglass reinforced roof system. They were meticulous in their work! I flew my drone up at the end of each work day to inspect the work and I have to say I was extremely impressed! They definitely took their time to do the job well and made sure every inch of my roof was properly sealed. After they completed the job, they sent an inspector out and walked us through the details of the job and made sure to address any questions or concerns. We didn't have any concerns however, as they kept us well informed and was always transparent with what they were doing and the progress. They left our house (which looked like a construction site during the day) completely spotless and clean at the end of each work day. At the end of the job, all that was left was our perfectly reinstalled roof! We are super happy and relieved that we don't have to worry about our roof again for decades to come! Thanks Aaron and GBC!
