Removed a damaged TV aerial and installed bird stoppers in the chimneys. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently. The only issue was that the the invoice amount for the aerial removal was 20% higher than the quote as VAT had not been included in the quote . Mr Mackay called round to explain the reasons for this oversight and full payment was made.

A polite company but time wasters....will leave you chasing after a quote for weeks (and not provide one) if they don't want the job. Leaving your leaks ongoing and feeling generally like a fobbed off fool.
