I only wish I could review their work. The website looks reasonably professional. But their response to enquiries is rubbish. I called twice and left messages - no response. I then emailed an enquiry and received an automated reply which promised a follow up. But no reply after 3 days. So I called again and managed to speak to someone and arranged for them to visit my house on a Friday. They didn't turn up and I have had no communication to apologise or explain. All roofers are busy after the weather we have had. But only a few actually manage to keep their word and turn up when they say they will. I for one wont use Abbey for any future work as they are just unreliable.
