I called about our roof, from the onset he had an attitude of abruptness and was very rude. I said I understood it was a busy time due to all the rain and I that I wasn't in a rush, I got a snappy reply and was made to feel like he was doing me a favour by even answering the phone! Totally understand if you are stressed and can't fit someone in but there's way of saying things! If this is the way prospective customers are treated, he clearly doesn't want business. Called someone else and had a totally opposite experience :-)
