I have used this company now for two brand new full roofing jobs and they have been excellent. I used them in 2011 on my own house and it was a big job and they did a brilliant job and then on the back of this I had a brand new roof done for my mum in September 2017 and again they have done an excellent job. Good professional service and excellent aftercare and I would highly recommend.

I have a problem with a roof installed by Roofscape NW; they won't return my calls or emails, and having taken it up with the manufacturer (FLAG Soprema), it turns out Roofscape didn't register the warranty with them. Here's the real dishonesty though: Alison at Roofscape is telling Soprema that they have no record of ever installing the roof.

Terrible roofing job. Even worse customer service. On going issues. Would not recommend.
