After coming out to do work on a property my partner lives in they have broke a piece of glass in the bedroom window next to my 4 month old baby’s crib. The glass has fallen into the crib and knocked my partners late brothers bike over damaging the back wheel. The company did not leave any note of the damage they had done and was spotted by my partner. Having got pictures of the damage caused and speaking to Lisa naylor the owner of the company, who was one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to. I was told I should not of replaced the crib that was full of glass I should of just brushed it out. Also as the bike can still be ridden it’s not there problem. I can not believe a company would think this is ok and I will be taking this further.......... In response to the reply the glass it has taken you 3 weeks to replace the glass. I am not doubting the incident was not reported but it was not reported by yourselves it was reported by us. The amount of damage is verified as we have the photo evidence which has been sent across. I do not appreciate you saying I should of brushed the glass out of my baby's cot and continued using this this is appealing from a large company.

What a great company this is, from start to finish very professional, very reliable, very fast and very helpful. Nothing was too much hassle for any of the staff be it in the office or the lads putting the scaffolding up. And the price was good too!! Highly recommend!!

I have used Infiniti for three different roofing jobs and they have been excellent every time. I trust them to tell me the truth about the roof which is great as I cannot look at it myself.
