My experience with DC Richmond Roofing has been nothing but positive, the roofers are very easy to deal with and their work on my flat roof was first class, I would highly recommend this company.

Some months ago I had a leak through part of our roof. In fairness DC Richmond Roofing came out quickly and looked at the leak and the quote was in the post the next day. I agreed the price and they came out a few days later to fix the leak. The bill was received the next day and paid as agreed. Since then the roof has continued to leak in the same place and I have just had my sixth call in to have them back to look at it again. Apart from one message which was left on an answerphone I have spoken with someone each time and been assured they would come back and look at it. This hasn't happened and it has been months. Now they will only come back if I pay again.
