I arranged for alsager to come and fit a sarnfil flat roof in St Helens on Thursday. I took the day off work. John phoned me at 8.30am Thursday morning to inform me that they was unable to come due to not finishing a job elsewhere. not a problem. these things happen. Although the call would have been appreciated more on Wednesday evening. John promised that they would come Friday. Took another day off work. They just didn't turn up and haven't answered the phone since. blessing in disguise. god help anyone trying to get these people back to rectify any problems.
