Very efficient and super friendly. They couldn't have tried harder to make sure we we very happy!

Requested a quote for 12m total of guttering on a terraced house. Rear access requires scaffolding and front is easy access. Received: 1) A snazzy brochure on new conservatories 2) A Kit Kat 3) Several contradictory voicemails promising visits and callbacks (none of which happened) and 4) (after some chasing up) a quote for £3,000. Yup, that's £250 per meter for guttering (aluminium, not solid gold). Or, in the interests of transparency, a mere £167 per meter if it costs, as Ploughcroft imply, £1000 to erect scaffolding for 1 day. I'm no expert, but then I'm not an idiot either, which I can only assume is what they were banking on.

I can only say that my experience of Ploughcraft as a company is in a professional way. I have never had actual had to employ them myself. But they would most certainly be my personal choice. Never heard a bad word said against them and to be perfectly honest reading SOME of the reviews I am sorry to say I think someone has been using either a different company? Or have an amazingly high standard of ethics? Because these are NOT the sort of feedbacks I have heard from people I have worked for and worked with in Calderdale and Bradford in the last twenty or so years. But no accounting for customers eh??😁😂😎.

2 flat roofs fitted in a professional and timely manner. Slight issue post installation, so phoned up and the after sales manager (sorry, name forgotten) was absolutely first rate and issue was resolved quickly. Some companies make you feel guilty for ringing up - this one could not help me enough. Therefore A* 100% would recommend and use again.

We hired Ploughcroft to do some flood defence work on our property and they did a fantastic job! We were kept informed every step of the way and lads were professional and tidy. Excellent workmanship, couldn't recommend them more!
