Jake did an excellent job re-roofing my guest house after a windstorm. He was able to give my property attention quickly, at a fair price, and his style of communication made me feel like I was in good hands well before the repairs began. He was willing to go above and beyond to make sure I understood my options (even though some of the options would mean a lower rate for him... which is honesty I really admire from a contractor.) As homeowners we are always on the lookout for tradesmen who can do a job right. I must say Jake, at Roofworks, is one of those men. He came to give me an estimate, and I could tell at once that he understood my problem and knew what needed to be done. He quoted me what I felt was a fair price, and told me when he could complete the work. He showed up when scheduled, and even though he was working in rather adverse conditions, completed the work in a timely fashion. I can say without reserve that I would recommend him for any roofing needs you may have.
