I cannot recommend Ryan enough for a complete re-roof - he was so helpful and his work was fast, efficient and a great price. From beginning to end, we received a first class professional service. We gathered a few quotes via the website Bark and Ryan followed up with a phone call almost instantly, setting a date to view our roof - he was more than happy to come at the weekend, at a time that suited us. On the day, he spent nearly an hour with us, answering all our questions and giving honest and useful advice - others were in and out in 10 minutes but Ryan gave us his undivided attention and didn't rush. We got a good vibe from him straight away! Again, compared to others, Ryan came out top - his price was unbeatable and, in some cases, almost £2k cheaper than some others quoting eye watering prices (although it helps that he has his own scaffolding, rather than renting it). The price also included a fantastic new Velux style window - others were charging extra for this. You may be thinking, this guy sounds too good to be true and we thought the same! But we had done our research and were reassured by the fact he didn't require a deposit, gave a 10 year guarantee and was part of a reputable trade association (unlike many other builders). He also provided a detailed cost breakdown of his quote, via email (although was able to give an accurate quote on the spot). He scheduled work really promptly and I was astounded how fast these guys were! Only 3 days of construction (the scaffolding went up the day before work started). I think this is one of the reasons he's so competitively priced too - one builder told us he simply couldn't match Ryan's price because it was a 5 day job for him, in terms of labour costs. One day's work was hampered by bad weather but Ryan kept us updated on what was happening, on that day and pretty much every other day. He was also happy to answer our questions throughout, always replying to texts right away. The end result is so impressive, our house really stands out now! The guys cleaned up well, with minimum disruption. The "aftercare" we received too was outstanding. We had a slight issue with the aerial and lost our TV signal because of its removal from the roof but Ryan couldn't have been more helpful - I only mention this because we were so impressed and touched that he came back straight away to help us fix the issue. On a Friday night aswell, bringing his own tools to help us in his own time - what a guy!

I got a really great service from Ryan .I found it hard to trust a roofer after my last expierience so i was probably harder on Ryan than the normal customer .Ryan was the only roofer who was willing to back up his work with a 10 year warrenty in writing which says a lot .Ryan answered every email quickly and i sent 35 emails asking questions everyone was answered on the same day or the next day .Ryan explained everything in great detail to me and he had a lovely prescence about him which made me feel comfortable .The roofers who work with ryan done a great job the work looks well done and was neat looking .Ryans correspondence is excellent and very well explained no matter what i asked and how many times i emailed he reasured me and i felt i could trust him and he done everything that he promised he would do he seems very genuine so i would defo recommend ryan and his roofers .first class service .
