After receiving three other quotes from local roofers, Steve did a very good job on my house and garage. The first contact to quote and beginning the work was very prompt (within days for a visit and quote). He identified potential problems with the installation of dry verge caps on our particular roof - which the other roofers had not picked up. He did the job on time and for the same or less than the other contractors that had quoted. No surprise costs. He was also able to access my roof safely with his own ladders, rather than have to install / hire a tower - making a large saving on other quotes. Overall would recommend.
